When will my order be delivered?
Standard delivery for all orders – (AED30)Free Shipping on Orders of AED300 and above – Standard Delivery – There is a 24-48 hour processing time for all orders. [Same-Day Delivery To Dubai]

Free Shipping on Orders of Above AED300 – Standard Delivery.
Note: Option available whenever the final cart price is above AED 300. You must select Free Shipping during checkout to be eligible and it will be shipped.

Standard Delivery: There is a 24-48 hour processing time for all orders, with most orders sent out for delivery within 24 business hours. We strive to ship orders out as quickly as possible.
We process orders from 9:00 AM -10:00 PM on weekdays. We do not process orders on Holidays & Weekends.
Incomplete or Incorrect Address Submissions:
Please review your shipping address carefully when placing an order. Errors in the shipping address will cause delays in transit times or returned orders. We will not reship the order until it is returned to us by the courier and the customer has paid for the cost to reship the order.

Delivery time
Same Day in Dubai:
If you ordered before 8 PM We will send it on the Same -Day. After 8 PM We Will Postpone until the next day (We have the right to cancel same-day delivery upon driver availability)
Same Day Delivery in Abu Dhabi, Al Ain:
We do same-day delivery for Abu Dhabi, and Al Ain If you placed it on or before 12 PM. After 12 PM We will Postpone until the next day.
Order Placed Before 12PM You will Receive By Night-Time.
Order Placed On Night Time Will Delivered By Next Day-Time.
(We have the right to cancel same day delivery upon driver availability)
Tracking
To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box and press the "Track" button on Tracking Page. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.
